Growth experiments selected two aquatic plants,Oenanthe javanica and Iris timorum,to promote plant growth substances IAA,NAA,GA,and 8 plant growth substances of CCC,PP333,BR,SA,4 concentration gradients were set up in the literature to observe the growth of plant roots,stems,and leaves.To explore the effects of different plant growth materials on the growth of aquatic plants and to determine the range of reference for subsequent practice;In the anti-reverse experiment,a variety of aquatic plants such as water celery,yellow flower Iris,cattail,and bitter grass were selected,and the results of growth experiments were combined.Selection of 5 plant growth substances with significant effects from 8 plant growth substances NAA,GA,CCC,PP333,SA to narrow the range of reference concentrations,in the mean time,with the addition of MeJA,the adverse experiments of high-salt,low-temperature,high-concentration eutrophication water bodies were conducted to determine the role of various plant growth substances in the resistance to inversion through plant phenotype indices and photosynthetic indices.Under different concentration of salt stress,the content of proline,sucrose and other osmotic regulatory substances and the content of malonaldehyde in plants were measured,and the physiological mechanism of plant growth substances in the anti-salt of aquatic plants was initially investigated;In the application of hydroecological engineering,CCC with good performance in plant growth and resistance to inversion was selected from the above experiments.In this experiment,the effects of CCC on the growth of aquatic plants under application conditions were observed.The effects of CCC on the wintering ability of two aquatic plants were also observed.Here are the concludes:1.The plant growth promoting substances IAA,NAA and GA,IAA and NAA have dual functions,it expresses tendency of low concentration promotes growth,high concentration inhibits growth,it also promoted the stem elongation and inhibited the branching effect,and the effect on the number of roots is not obvious.At the same time,he promoted the elongation of the stem and root of irises,and effect on the anti-salt is not obvious,cold-resistance,and eutrophication of aquatic plants.GA had obvious effect on the elongation of various aquatic plant stems under natural conditions and stress conditions,but GA had obvious effect on the increase of plant resistance.2.Among these resistant plant growth material CCC?BR?PP333?SA?MeJA?ABA,in the natural condition,CCC can flourish rhizome,promoting photosynthesis and has obvious effect of promoting plant stress resistance while accelerating nitrogen and phosphorus absorption by aquatic plants;BR is a hormone which can promote plant growth strongly,it not only can accelerate the stem growth and separation but also promote the root growth;PP333 has inhibiting effect in plant soil in some degree,but it can accelerate growth of root;SA and MeJA have the similar effect that the effect of roots,stems and materials of aquatic plants will change with the concentration in non-stress environment,while under salt stress and cold stress,plant growth will be promoted quickly and promoting nitrogen and phosphorus absorption in eutrophic water bodies;ABA is a hormone which can inhibit plant growth obviously in natural condition but can promote plant resistance obviously in high salt condition and low temperature condition,but it has no significant effect of nitrogen and phosphorus absorption.3.Different plant growth materials have different mechanism effects for aquatic plants to resist salt stress,for example,the CCC in water celery can resist salt stress better through Increase sucrose content,while MeJA is more likely to use the way of increasing pro content,GA can reduce MDA generation.4.The conclude of water ecological engineering practice shows that,the two ways of CCC leaf spraying of 100 mg/L and soak the root in 12 hours can obviously promote survival rate and overwintering ability of Huanghua iris and such aquatic plants.Studies have shown that GA,BR and CCC can promote the elongation of stems and leaves and the development of roots of aquatic plants such as cress and yellow iris.ABA,CCC and SA can significantly improve the salt resistance of cress,yellow iris and cattail.The ability of SA and CCC plant growth materials to increase the cold tolerance of yellow flowers was the most significant;GA and CCC could significantly improve the absorption capacity of yellow and yellow flowers under eutrophication conditions.The results of these studies provide a reference for these aquatic plants in the context of water ecological engineering applications.
