The problem of post-earthquake evacuation has been a continuing research issue by scholars at home and abroad.Post-earthquake secondary disasters are prone to occur dangerous events,such as tsunami,fire and dangerous goods leak,seriously affecting the efficiency of rescue,relief and evacuation.By studying the post-earthquake emergency evacuation work,using the macro-and micro-methods,studying the changes of road network after the earthquake,setting the correlation coefficient value of road impedance,combining the local population needed to evacuate and the location and capacity information of shelters,we can display an intuitive road network information in the macro-traffic software TransCAD and generate the evacuation point to the shelter site.The flow information between them,and then the operation demonstration under microconditions,make the post-earthquake evacuation research program visualization,verify the feasibility of the research program.Firstly,a complete evacuation strategy and control scheme was designed by combining the macro-software TransCAD with the micro-software VISSIM.By reconstructing the basic road network after being destroyed by earthquake and under the influence of road impedance,the optimal route was allocated and selected under the new road network state.Secondly,the road network was allocated and selected through the development platform.Distribution information was stored.By considering the capacity of evacuation gathering place and refuge place,the flow data distribution generated by OD matrix in TransCAD was taken as the data base of micro-simulation research.Finally,through the integration and invocation of the obtained data,under the determined control scheme,the simulation was completed by VISSIM,and the simulation results were analyzed and output to complete the evacuation.TransCAD was used to modify the road network files in VISSIM software to realize the combination of macro and micro traffic simulation software technology to study the post-earthquake road network evacuation problem.By transferring data information from macro software TransCAD to micro software VISSIM for simulation,the secondary development of software functions was realized,and the integrated simulation technology of emergency evacuation and control strategy after earthquake is completed.Figure29;Table10;Reference 61.
