Lophodermium sensu lato belongs to Leotiomycetes of Ascomycota,Rhytismatales, including Lophodermium Chevall and Terriera B.Erikss.In this paper, the multi-trait comprehensive classification method was used to systematically classify the Lophodermium sensu lato of the Wuyishan Nature Reserve,Fujian Province. And the phylogenetic tree of the Lophodermium sensu lato was developed based on the ITS rDNA,nLSU rDNA,mtSSU rDNA sequences and their concatenated sequences. The genetic relationship and genetic diversity of the Lophodermium and Terriera were discussed in this paper.Based on the classification system principles proposed by Darker(1976),Cannon&Minter,Johnston and other experts, more than 80 specimens of which its identification and classification from Wuyishan Nature Reserve were carried out.We totally found 22 species,14 of which are known species,4 new species' named T.dendropancis sp.nov.,L.wuyishanense sp.nov.,L.rhododendronicola sp.nov.and T.turmida sp.nov..Including a new combination T.illiciicola(S.J.Wang et.al)comb.nov..Each new species is accompanied by morphological and anatomical features in Chinese and English, appearance and micrographs, illustrations and habitat records, and discussed. In addition,a binary search table was developed. The single-gene and multi-gene combined sequence development tree of the Lophodermium sensu lato was established by using the Leotia lubricaas as an outer group, and the evolutionary relationships among different genus, different species and different strains were discussed. The results showed that:1.Lophodermium and Terriera in the strict sense may be multi-original genus, and the establishment of Terriera is reasonable.2.The host has a certain influence on the interspecific phylogenetic relationship of the Lophodermium sensu lato.3.Through the phylogenetic tree combined with morphological characteristics analysis,it is recommended to define L.illiciicola as a new combination of T.illiciicola(S.J.Wang et.al)comb.nov..
