Objective: To understand the serotype and virulence gene distribution of Klebsiella fox-borne pneumonia in Qinhuangdao area,and to analyze the relationship between drug resistance and drug resistance genes.Methods: Seven serotypes of 63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae from fox were identified,and 19 virulence genes were detected by PCR.The resistance of 63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae from fox to 23 antibiotics was tested by K-B susceptibility paper method.A total of 63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected for 43 resistance genes by PCR.Research contents and results:1.Serotype and virulence gene detection: 23 of 63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae from fox were K2 strains,accounting for 36.51%;7 strains of K20 serotype,accounting for 11.11%;30 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were identified as serotypes.The detection rates of ybtA,fimH and wabG were the highest,95.24%,92.06% and 92.06% respectively,and 98.41% of the total strains contained three or more virulent genes at the same time.2.Drug resistance test: 63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae from fox were resistant to 23 antibiotics in varying degrees,the highest resistance rate was 100%,the lowest was 4.76%.Among them,the highest resistance rate to sulfamethoxazole sodium,sulfamethoxazole,telmicosin and cefalatin was 100%,and the lowest resistance rate to amikacin was 4.76%.63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were resistant to 23 antibiotics.The number of multidrug resistance was mainly between 12 and 22,accounting for 85.7%(54/63),of which 19 antibiotics had the highest multidrug resistance rate 22.22%(14/63).3.Drug resistance gene detection: 43 kinds of drug resistance gene detection,31 of which were detected,the total detection rate was 72.1%(31/43).Among them,the detection rates of oqxA,gyrA,gyrB and parC were 100%.63 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates all contain multiple drug resistance genes.Among them,Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates containing 10 and 12 resistance genes were 1 strain(1.59%,1/63),2 strains containing 9 and 21 resistance genes(3.17%,2/63),4 strains containing 13 and 15 resistance genes(6.35%,4/63),and 6 strains containing 19 and 20 resistance genes(9.52%,6/63),including 14,16,17 and 18 strains.The resistant genes were 7 strains(11.11%,7/63),10 strains(15.87%,10 /63),8 strains(12.70%,8/63)and 12 strains(19.05%,12/63).Conclusion: K2 and K20 serotypes are the main pathogenic Klebsiella pneum-oniae isolates,and ybtA,FimH and wabG are the major virulence genes detected,which contain multiple virulence genes.Drug resistance to 23 antibiotics is serious,the rate of multiple drug resistance and the rate of carrying multiple drug resistance genes are very high,and the detection of drug resistance genes is basically consistent with the phenotype of drug resistance.
