Tissue engineering mainly involves three parts:cell,scaffold and growth factor.In tissue engineering,tissue engineering scaffolds is a site of cell attachment,causing cells to proliferate and differentiate on scaffolds to repair or replace the defective tissue and organ.Compared with the traditional tissue engineering scaffold preparation methods,the rapid prototyping technology has the ability to print according to the designed space structure,which can accurately control the porosity and pore size and ensure the connectivity of the scaffold,it facilitates the tissue engineering scaffold where the cell can more productive proliferation and differentiation.In this paper,tissue engineering scaffolds were prepared by biological 3D printing,and three-dimensional cell culture was performed to observe the growth status of cells on scaffolds,which laid the foundation for the later detection of drug resistance.On the basis of analyzing the related materials used in tissue engineering and the relevant characteristics of the tissue engineering scaffold materials,combined with the characteristics of biological 3D printing,we choose the scaffold materials and test the related characteristics of the configuration material,the material ratio is optimized on the basis of the material viscosity and the extrusion length of the biological printer.According to the related characteristics of the ideal tissue engineering scaffold,we design the macrostructure and microstructure of the scaffold and continue the fluid simulation analysis of the printing process to obtain the velocity vector diagram,the colloid streamline diagram,the colloid pressure distribution diagram and the relation diagram of the inlet pressure and the exit speed,which lays a foundation for the further optimization of the printing parameters.We optimize the printing parameters by 3D-Bioplotter,according to the results of fluid simulation analysis,and obtain the suitable printing process parameters.Based on the optimizing ratio of materials and the designed printing structure,we prepare the tissue engineering scaffolds with different space structures.The prepared tissue engineering scaffold was pretreated and the cells were resuscitated.The PC 12 cells are inoculated on the tissue engineering scaffold.we continue Threedimensional cell culture and observe the growth of cells on scaffolds,the morphology and distribution of cells,and the growth cycle of cells on scaffolds.
