A Taxonomical Study Of Trib.Delphineae Warming(Ranunculaceae) From Gansu

Based on literature survey,filed observations and herbarium examinations,the systematic classification of trib.Delphineae in Gansu Province were studied in this thesis.The all species of the trib.Delphineae were tried to recognize in Gansu province based on of more than 1500 specimens from seven herbaria(abbreviated as PE,HNWP,WUK,LZU,NWTC,GAUF,GCMP).The results were summarized as follows:1.The variation pattern within and between populations of all the major morphological characters of the trib.Delphineae species in Gansu were evaluated.In the Aconitum L.,the degree of leaf division,the pedicel pubescence,the shape of upper sepal and the carpel number are found to be the most reliable taxonomic characters.The root,petal and seed morphology have reference value in the classification of subordinate groups.In the Delphinium L.,the degree of leaf division,the pedicel pubescence,the inflorescence types,the color of the staminode and the shape of the spur are the most reliable taxonomic characters.The sepals persistent or off,the color of the staminode and the seed morphology can provide characters useful for infrageneric division.2.Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai var.pilocarpum W.T.Wang was reduced to the synonymy of the A.sinomontanum Nakai,A.campylorrhynchum Hand.-Mazz.var.tenuipes W.T.Wang was reduced to the synonymy of the A.campylorrhynchum Hand.-Mazz.,A.hezuoense W.T.Wang and A.lianhuashanicum W.T.Wang were reduced to the synonymies of the A.flavum Hand.-Mazz..3.Examination of herbarium specimens has shown that some specimens from southeastern Qinghai and southeastern Gansu previously identified as A.brunneum Hand.-Mazz.actually belong to A.pseudobrunneum W.T.Wang.4.Delphinium pachycentrum Hemsl.was recognized as a newly recorded specie in Gansu province.5.Point out that the inclusion of Gansu Province in the distribution of D.mollipilum W.T.Wang are not correct,a species actually occurring only in Helan Mountain which is located at the junction of Nei Mongol and Ningxia Province.6.Point out that the morphological characteristics of the D.sparsiflorum Maxim.and D.giraldii Diels were described incorrectly for a long time.D.angustipaniculatum W.T.Wang was reduced to the synonymy of the D.sparsiflorum Maxim.,and D.giraldii Diels var.meixianense W.J.Zhang et G.H.Chen.was reduced to the synonymy of the D.giraldii Diels.7.D.yongdengense W.T.Wang and D.caeruleum var.majus W.T.Wang were reduced to the synonymies of the D.caeruleum Jacq.ex Camb..8.Thirty-three species and six varieties belong to two genera of the trib.Delphineae are recognized from Gansu.
