With the development of the tourism industry and the sharp increase of the number of tourists,satisfying the growing demand for scenic area management and the demand for tourism services have become the focus of the construction of scenic spots.The introduction of the smart travel platform could meet the management requirements and improve the management efficiency of the scenic area to a certain extent.However,how to build a smart tourism platform,how to manage the scenic area,and how to provide personalized tourist services to tourists have become the key issues in the construction of a smart tourism platform.The construction of the smart tourism platform has gradually developed from the research of scenic spots monitoring,scenic spots navigation,scenic spots introduction into the comprehensive management of scenic spots and the recommendation of tourism services.Based on the "cloud + end" technology,this paper studies the construction of smart tourism platform in scenic areas,focuses on three research aspects: platform information sharing,scenic area management decision-making and tourism service recommendation.The platform was designed and the system functions are realized.The main research content includes the following points:1.At first,this thesis discusses the necessity of the construction of smart tourism platform from the perspectives of scenic area management,tourist demand and the needs of tourism management departments,and further puts forward the significance of this thesis.According to the research status of smart travel platforms at home and abroad,the deficiency of scenic spot management and tourism services and the application status of GIS related technologies in platform construction are analyzed.Based on the research background,the research content and organizational structure of the paper were proposed.2.The overall structure of the smart tourism platform for the scenic spot was designed based on the scenic spot management and the tourist's service demand,and the platform function was integrated based on the smart tourism ecological circle.The smart scenic spot management module and the intelligent tourism service module were respectively detailed.3.The situation of emergencies in scenic spots and the flow of tourists' passengers when emergencies occur are introduced.The dynamic segmentation model of the scenic route was studied.Based on the dynamic segmentation technology,the attributes of different sections were assigned respectively.The buffer zone analysis based on tourist time was made to the passenger flow of the scenic spot.The impact of the event on the scenic spot was forecasted and the passenger flow of the scenic spot was provided.The decision-making support and network analysis based on the scenic route model provide decision support for the management of the scenic spot resources.4.Based on the information provided by the WeChat platform,a tourist model was designed to solve the problem of cold start of the recommendation algorithm.According to the characteristics of the scenic spot,the service object recommendation model of the scenic spot was studied.And the collaborative filtering algorithm based on the tourist model was studied.Based on the characteristics of scenic tourism services,the algorithm was optimized based on the location of scenic spots.5.Based on the overall design of the system,a smart tourism platform was developed.Based on related technologies such as ASP.NET,OpenLayers,MVC,the functional modules such as attraction management,vehicle statistics management and personnel management in the smart scenic spot management module are realized;Based on the secondary development of the WeChat platform,we have implemented the functional modules such as map service,voice explanation and travel service recommendation in the smart tourism service module of the scenic area.
