Summary:Lithium is the lightest and the most active alkali metal element,which has an unique positionin the fields of new energy and atomic energy industry.The available lithium resource of China reserves rank the second in the world.Moreover,the brine and hard rock lithium deposits are the main resource types.But the sedimentary rocks are generally not as the aim of geological body to search for lithium.Because lithium is liable to be adsorbed by clay mineral and replaced with Mg2+,Al3+and Fe2+ion by isomorphism,it is easily hosted in clay mineral-weathered and then deposited.Domestic bauxite mineral resources have great potential of associated lithium resourcesare abundant.Sedimentary environment analysis,distribution characteristics of longitudinal section analysis,relationship between lithium enrichment and edimentary environment analysis are studied in different bauxiteore concentration areas of Guizhou province.Correlation between major element and trace element in Wulongsi Ore is researched by LA-ICP-MS at same place.According to previous studies about leaching experiment on associated lithium in the bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?,enrichment of lithium with the connection of"iron-aluminum-coal"texture,the occurrence,distribution characteristics and enrichment mechanism of associated lithium in the bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?are investigated in this article.The weathered and sedimentary bauxite associated with plentiful lithium resources in Guizhou province is associated with high content of lithium,especially in the Wuchuan-Zhengan-Daozhen and Guiyang-Qingzhen ore concentration area`s bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?.In the Wuchuan-Zhengan-Daozhen ore concentration area,the average content of associated lithium in the bauxite is 0.0559%and the average content of associated lithium in the aluminous rock is 0.0774%.The two indexes counterparts in Guiyang-Qingzhen area is 0.0445%and 0.0615%,respectively.Compared with the aluminous bauxite,the rock is easier to enrich lithium,because lithium is susceptible to be adsorpted by clay mineral and hosted in isomorphism replacement.It is found that the origin of lithium offered by the source bed is not the main reason of the content of lithiumin the bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?through regional stratigraphic correlation.Due to the freshwater environment is more conducive to lithium enrichment,region of material resources closing to continentaland and marine-continental transitional environments are more beneficial to enrich lithium than marine environments.The Sr/Ba ratio also shows that the continental sedimentation is in favor of enriching lithium.Besides,Th/U ratio reveals that there is no obvious correlation between the redox conditions of water and the lithium enrichment at condition of the bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?deposition.Based on the correlation analysis of the in-situ test data of LA-ICP-MS situ of Wulongsi Ore Section inXiaoshanba and previous leaching experiment results,the occurrence of associated lithium in the bauxite?oraluminized clay rock?is in the shape of uncoupled isomorphism placement and adsorbed(Al3++Li+?Si4+),which may cause by Al3+and a small part of Mg2+.However,as a result of oxidation,Fe2+is difficult to appear the condition of omorphism replacement.The distribution character of lithium in the aluminum-braring series is that the lithium content in middle layer-aluminum-braring series is higher than that in the upper-“coal”-braringseries and substruction-iron series.Nevertheless,as a the content of associated lithium in the earthy and semi-earthy bauxite,both which are included in layer-aluminum-braring series,decreases sharply.The change of"iron-aluminum-coal"texture is led by transformation of the sedimentary environment from alkaline to acid,which reflects in the differentiation of Fe,Al and Si.The enrichment of associated lithiumin the bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?is extremely related to the differentiation of Fe,Al and Si at process of"iron-aluminum-coal"texture formation.Nerverthless,differentiation of Fe,Al and Siforms a special texture-"iron-aluminum-coal"texture,at same time,it alsodecides enrichment of associated lithium in the bauxite?or aluminized clay rock?and distribution characters in longititudinal profile.
