With the promulgation of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Chongming World Ecological Island by the Shanghai Government,the ecological environment has become the most important part of Chongming's construction.Searching the outline of Chongming Ecological Island Construction,we find that 1% of the species of aquatic birds in the global population is the only index about animals.As an important environmental monitoring index and biological species,Anuran amphibians can help us understand the natural environment in Chongming area.With this investigation,we can fully understand the composition of Anuran amphibians,survival conditions and their genetic relationship with the species in Chongming.Therefore we can give some suggestions for Chongming construction.In this study,the quantity and habitat of Anuran amphibians in Chongming area were investigated in August 2015 and 2016.We measure the body index and carry on the toe sample of the Anuran amphibians.The results show that:(1)In this study,a total of 1710 Anuran amphibians were found,including B.bufogargarizans,F.limnocharis,P.nigromaculatus,and P.Plancyi,M.fissipes and K.borealis.Among them,K.borealis was found for the first time in Chongming;The number of F.limnocharis is 68.7% of the total,which is the dominant species in Chongming;Among the five types types of habitat,organic farms have higher biodiversity in the Anuran amphibians than farms.The important reason of different trends in the biodiversity of the Anuran amphibians due to the slope pH and the offshore 1m vegetation.(2)The body condition of F.limnocharis,B.bufogargarizans and P.nigromaculatus were reduced by islands and different ages in turn;the body condition of F.limnocharis,was negatively related to the vegetation structure of the slope bank,and the body condition of B.bufogargarizans was positively related to the slope and water pH.However,the matrix adjacent to the sample will affect its body condition for P.nigromaculatus.(3)The genetic diversity of F.limnocharis in Chongming area is the lowest,and far below the domestic level;Other Anrun amphibians have higher haplotypes diversity and low nucleotide diversity,and it may be cased by the increasing of the Anrun amphibians in a short period of time in the Chongming area;The impact of rivers on their migration are not the same for F.limnocharis and B.bufogargarizans.The genetic distances obtained by the Ctyb and D-Loop sequences differ greatly.(4)The consequence of NJ,MP,Bayes phylogenetic trees showed that the F.limnocharis in Shanghai came from the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the north of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau;B.bufogargarizans conform the cognize that it expansion from the western region to the northeastern part in China,and some of the Eastern Pedigrees returned to the Western,such a secondary admixture mode;P.nigromaculatus conformed to the evolutionary pattern of the China from the mainland to the eastern region;In the present study,P.Plancyi shared haplotypes with Jiangxi and Hubei,and they were separated from Fujian,Anhui,Zhejiang,and Shandong.This indicates that the genetic relationship between the P.Plancyi in the Chongming area and the mainland is close.
