The study of droplet deposition patterns is a cross-fusion of power electronics, materials, and chemistry. There are many factors that affect the pattern formation, but few people use plasma technology to modify the surface of the material to regulate the deposition pattern.Because the low-temperature plasma discharge form is more complicated and difficult to observe. Therefore,we started from theoretical and experimental aspects and explored a low-temperature plasma processing system that regulates the deposition pattern of concentric rings on the surface of many materials. The paper describes that the effect of low-temperature plasma on the particle deposition pattern is mainly determined by the characteristics of the material surface. In order to explore the factors of changing the material characteristics,an AC variable plasma experimental power supply was designed, and the parameter settings of the three-phase rectifier circuit, the rectifier circuit and the working principle of the IGBT drive circuit, and the selection of the core and winding of the high frequency transformer were specifically analyzed.Using an oscilloscope to observe Lissajous dynamic discharge pattern,in order to reflect the discharge intensity in real time, and then according to the equivalent capacitance analysis, the type of barrier media inserted between the plate-plate electrodes, the voltage applied by the power supply, and the discharge air gap can all affect the discharge Strong and weak.Three kinds of barrier media were chosen for the experiment, such as quartz,PTFE and alumina ceramics.According to the comparison experiments of the three discharges, when the barrier medium is PTFE,the air gap discharge is the most uniform and stable. Then, the variation of the discharge current and power of the plate-plate electrode is discussed when the parameter changes. It has been found from experiments that PTFE is easy to form a stable filament discharge and is more suitable for the regulation of particle deposition. The surface of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and glass slides were treated with the above-mentioned low-temperature plasma treatment system. The contact angle images were captured by a simple contact angle measuring device, and the images were analyzed using Image J software, and then the materials before and after the treatment were processed. On the surface, the particle deposition pattern experiment was performed, and the particle deposition pattern was collected with a polarizing microscope. The image was analyzed and processed with Image-Pro Plus software. It was analyzed that as the plasma input voltage increases, the hydrophobicity of the material surface is enhanced between the concentric rings. The ring spacing is significantly increased. At the same time changing the solution concentration,it was found that as the concentration increased, the inner concentric rings of the droplets weakened or even gradually disappeared, and the outer concentric rings gradually became clearer as the concentration increased.
