| In the process of deepening the reform,the structural adjustment of the logistics industry and the changes in the consumption and demand of the logistics industry have greatly promoted the development of the power logistics industry.In the new situation,the development of China's logistics industry is relatively stable,and a modern logistics service system has been formed.In 2017 the development of logistics industry in China is facing new opportunities and challenges of the market,logistics enterprises must construct a new mode of development,the development of new ideas are better able to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,optimize the allocation of resources,enhance their operational efficiency.In order to achieve rapid development in the market competition under the new normal condition,the logistics enterprises still need to strengthen the industrial cooperation and improve the operating efficiency.In the increasingly fierce market competition,China's logistics enterprises need not only to understand their actual conditions,but also to understand the development trend of the entire logistics industry,and regard operational efficiency as a direct indicator of their understanding and understanding of their logistics industry.In this paper,we set up a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of logistics enterprises' operational efficiency,and analyze and evaluate the operation efficiency of logistics enterprises by scientific methods.Let logistics enterprises have a better understanding of their own development status and understand the development trend of the entire logistics industry,so as to optimize the allocation of resources,strengthen the development and management of human resources,and actively enhance their core competitiveness of the market,and promote the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises.This paper makes a quantitative analysis based on DEAP2.1 software,and analyzes and evaluates the operational efficiency of logistics enterprises through mathematical models.Study on the current situation,using the DEA model to analyze and research more widely,mainly to evaluate the decision makingunit,combined with the linear programming method of decision unit is relatively effective to carry on the analysis,finally combining relevant input indicators and output of logistics enterprises refers to the quality of the data to evaluate the decision making unit.In this paper,we use DEA model and Malmquist index to analyze and study the logistics enterprise's operational efficiency,and analyze the logistics enterprise's operational efficiency from different ways.The results obtained are consistent,indicating that this research has high accuracy.From the result of the analysis of the efficiency of the logistics enterprises,the 20 logistics enterprises in 2007-2016 years have shown an upward trend in the technical efficiency.Although KS logistics is not effective in terms of comprehensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency,it is above the average level of logistics enterprises as a whole,and then needs to increase investment and further expand the scale of development.In the study of evaluation of the operation efficiency of logistics enterprises,found that the logistics business efficiency mainly has following problems: first,the efficiency of logistics enterprises in the organization management of logistics enterprises is low,although the main business income is increasing,but the development of logistics enterprises still have not achieved higher economies of scale.Second,the cost of the logistics enterprises is relatively high,and there is a mismatch in the input and output.Third,the efficiency of logistics enterprises in the utilization of fixed assets is relatively low,which directly leads to the increase of assets scale of logistics enterprises,which can not improve the utilization efficiency of total assets,and contributes little to the output of logistics enterprises. |
