The enzyme-catalyzed reactions are biochemical reactions that are com-monly found in the living organisms.The study of catalytic reactions has been studied for hundreds of years.The most classical one is the relationship between substrate concentration and reaction rate deduced by Michaelis and Menten according to the intermediate complex theory.This famous formula is also called the Mie equation.It has laid an important theoretical foundation for future generations to study the catalytic reaction of enzymes.The chem-ical nature of the enzyme molecule is a catalytic protein,and has a strong specificity.The characteristics of the catalyst are as follows:reducing the activation energy of the reaction and not affecting the equilibrium constant of the reaction and accelerating the reaction process.In recent years,it has been gradually found that biochemical reactions in organisms are generally at high concentrations of enzyme or at least have little difference between enzyme and substrate concentrations.Therefore,studying enzyme-catalyzed reaction-s at high concentrations of enzyme is extremely important for studying the catalytic mechanism in organisms.Molecular motors is a kind of proteins widely existed in cells.As the carrier of substances transport is its most important function.At the same time,it also plays an important role in life of cells.By converting chemical energy into kinetic energy,they continue to provide power for their own process of material transport along their fixed track.The transportation takes part in almost all life in cells.Studying the specific transportation processes,we can understand the material transport law in cells from the microscopic and molecular level,and apply the research results to the complete life process.As a nanometer-level transport carrier,the molecular motor can design more kinds of nanometer-molecule machines to realize the controllable operations,and benefit humans.It is very important to study the motor's transportation process.In this paper,we use the law of mass action in enzymatic reaction and re-action kinetics to study transportation of cargo by motor.Due to some similar processes between enzyme reaction and motor transport,we use the research results of enzyme molecules to study the material transport of molecular mo-tors,which will greatly promote the research progress in motor transport.This simplification of the complex material transport model makes it easier to analyze the complex material transport behavior in microscopic cells.In the first chapter,we mainly introduce enzymatic reactions,molecular motors and their transportation processes.We will elaborate on the research background,the current major research progress at home and abroad,the problem framework,and the development process.Then briefly summarize the mathematical analysis methods used in this article,and finally briefly introduce the main content and innovation of this article.In chapter two,we mainly studied the enzyme-catalyzed reaction under the conditions of high enzyme concentration.Based on the establishment of the model,we used the scale analysis method and combined with the perturbation theory analysis method to solve the model.Analyze the results.By comparing the results,the concentration of each reactant at high enzyme concentrations was varied.Numerical simulation shows that the concentrations of reactants are consistent and effective over time,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.It has been demonstrated that the distribution of the concentration of each reactant is not only suitable for the case where the initial enzyme concentration is relatively high,but also applicable to the case where the initial enzyme concentration is lower.Chapter three,based on the enzyme catalyzed reaction of high concen-tration enzyme,the model of material transport of multi molecular motor is studied.By analyzing and comparing the specific process of enzyme catalyzed reaction and motor transport,the model of motor transport is established,and the approximate analytical solution of the model is solved by the perturbation method.The effects of different parameters on the concentration of various substances are studied emphatically.The last chapter is the summary of this paper.The deficiencies and pending problem of this paper are pointed out.
