With the continuous increase of China's population size and the continuous progress of social industrialization,China's resource security issues have been paid more and more attention.However,the absolute quality and quantity of various resources have been declining in recent years,and the supply of resources is insufficient and growing the contradiction between the increasing demand is becoming more and more serious,and the resource problem has become a serious problem in the development of society.Water,energy and environmental issues as a bottleneck to hinder the future sustainable development of society,there is a growing international concern about the relationship between energy resources and water resources.The theme of the 22 nd World Water Day on March 22,2014 is "water and energy".Production of energy resources often requires a lot of fresh water,in the energy sector,almost all of the production and conversion process requires water resources,and water resources development and utilization must also be energy as a driving force.In this paper,the energy production from the water consumption and energy saving effect,the relationship between the two closely related.This paper first estimates the water consumption of five kinds of energy sources in raw coal,crude oil,oil refining,natural gas and thermal power from the point of view of energy consumption and water consumption.The results show that:(1)From the point of view of energy consumption,although the total energy consumption of energy production has been increasing year by year since the changes in energy production structure,the improvement of energy production technology and the improvement of energy production efficiency have been made.From the provincial point of view,the total consumption of energy in most provinces the amount of water is increasing,and the increase is relatively large,only the individual provinces of the total energy consumption of energy production changes little;from the energy type point of view,in addition to crude oil production water consumption accounted for the proportion of total water consumption,the other several energy type of water consumption ratio has increased to varying degrees.(2)From the spatial characteristics,the global autocorrelation analysis of the energy consumption per unit GDP of 30 provinces and municipalities shows that there is a significant spatial correlation between the global spatiality of the unit GDP,and the positive correlation intensity fluctuates in some years But generally maintain a relatively high level,energy production water intensity similar to the provinces and regions in the space showing a significant clustering effect.(3)The influencing factors of the spatial and temporal evolution of water consumption in energy production show that the impacts of socio-economic and ecological environment have positive effects on the energy consumption of energy production.On the basis of previous analysis,as the energy-saving emission reduction policies a background,evaluation of energy conservation and emissions reduction policy since the implementation of energy saving effect,the results show that every energy intensive industries in the process of energy saving water saving effect,and at the same time water-saving effect between different industries is also different,the building materials industry water saving effect is most obvious.Therefore,we are able to put forward the proposal to energy and water resources management policy,provide policy basis for better energy saving and water saving.
