Rural Informatization Basic Site Construction Mode Research

With the acceleration of the integration of the world,the global informationization is becoming integrated.And the global informationization is mainly reflected in two aspects.First of all,the continuous improvement of information technology become the pioneer of the new technology revolution.In the 1990 s,information technology has become a modern new representative of productivity force,which promoted the economic development and social progress greatly.Secondly,the high-speed development of information technology has become one of the most important driving force of economic development.The information industry in many developed countries has already become a pillar industry in its economy.According to the advanced experience at home and abroad in rural informatization construction mode of primary site,combined with the actual situation at the city,put forward the theoretical basis for the design of construction of rural informatization level of the site,the main consideration of economic,resources,production,consumption and management of the information content of construction,services in rural areas,agriculture and farmers make the information service better.Wangcheng has a good infrastructure,natural resources and other conditions to build grass-roots sites,rich in history and human resources,urgent need to promote.The construction model of Wangcheng basic level station takes demand as the guidance,and focuses on solving the application of the popularization of leisure agriculture as the representative of the grass-roots site.This paper will analyze construction of rural informatization basic site from document summary,case study and theory and practice.The first part analyzes the background,meaning and method of the research.The second part integrates research status at home and abroad.And analyzes the concept of infomatization in contryside.Also,agricultural informatization service model are analyzed in the United States,Germany,Japan,India,South Korea.The third part,taking the actual situation of Wangcheng district in changsha city of hunan province as a reference,analyzes the present situation of the construction of the rural information-based primary site in changsha citespecially the flaws of the rural informatization development in detail from the practical level of rural informationization development present situation.The fourth part puts forward a new model of rural informatization basic site constructionon in the aspects of the original system,management mode and informationizationthe on the basis of work practice at wangcheng district.In terms of information theory,hardware configuration,personnel training,resource integration platform design,introduce the rural informatization basic site construction theory model.The fifth part focuses on the system design of the theoretical model of the rural informationization primary site and the information level of the basic-level site in the informatization perspective.The sixth part summarizes the article and throws out suggestions for improvement.
