The Research On Multi Project Production Planning System Of Shg' Ship Repair

The main purpose of this paper is to establish a suitable multi project production planning management model for SHG.This production planning management system can not only arrange the production plan reasonably,but also can avoid the resource conflicts in the process of resource allocation.A series of production coordination meeting is still the only way for this problem for the majority of domestic ship repair enterprise,which did not establish a set of complete production plan management system,that can evaluate the project qualitatively or quantitatively,thus the non-comprehensive coordination of and Non effective allocation of production resources will lead to a lot of manpower waste whether for project managers and high level managers.In order to find the solution of this problem,the methods of literature research,field investigation,expert evaluation,case study and quantitative analysis were studied.First of all,from the development of production planning theory system,this paper analyzes the content of the current production planning theory system and the status of production planning control plan.The production planning control technology based on critical chain is proposed,which has obvious advantages for solving the internal resource contention problem and it can achieve the global optimum.Secondly,the related theories and methods of multi project production planning management are analyzed and studied.And the research contents of production planning and management of multi project are analyzed.Based on this research,critical chain technology is introduced into the multi project production plan management of ship repair,the methods and steps of critical chain multi project production planning was constructed.Third,this paper analyzed the status of production management of SHG,which include the production organization structure of SHG,and the process of production management,and the inside and outside factors of state-owned enterprises.And also this paper has summarized the current production management problems,which can help us to construct the new multi project production management and the guarantee system of new production management model.Finally,Based on the constructing plan management system,this paper carried on the empirical analysis by selecting two typical conventional ship repair project,and judged the project priority order quantitatively,and improved the method of setting the size of the buffer,verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.In order to ensure that the new production management system can be effectively implemented,this article has carried out the optimization design from the two aspects of the production organization and the production management process.
