Research On Development Countermeasure Of Cycle Agriculture In Jinchang,gansu Province

Jinchang is one of the serious and resources-induced water shortage cities nationwide,so it's of great significance to explore the Jinchang circular agriculture for alleviating the contradiction of local water use and transformational development.We used the way of literature review unified with questionnaire survey,collected the information about the area of agricultural,arable and pasture land,fertilizer and film content,the number of pig,cattle and sheep in stock,employment distribution,income and agricultural industrialization organization and so on;We investigated that: 1)the level of attention from government to the 3 main agricultural parks,cooperation among parks,the communication cycle between the enterprises in the parks,staff training in the parks,mobility of employees and the employees' suggestions to the development of the parks;2)the level of attention from government to 4 typical enterprises,cooperation among enterprises,main structure of circular agriculture and the problems need to be solved;3)the awareness level of farmers from 4 representative administrative village on circular agriculture,development will and main problems.We analysed the development status,existing problems and development countermeasures of circular agriculture in Jinchang at the city,park,enterprise and administrative village scale,respectively,and proposed the countermeasures to develop the circular agriculture,providing theoretical basis for the development of circular agriculture in Jinchang.The problems in the development of circular agriculture in Jinchang were as follows: 1)The government paied less attention and publicity to the development of circular agriculture;2)There were little cooperation among parks,neglecting the training of employees and the great mobility of employees in the parks and the enterprises;3)There were single industrial structure of the enterprises,short industrial chain,big operation risk,lack of technical talents,agricultural standardization lagging behind and lack of innovation;4)the enterprises' awareness to the development of circular agriculture was weak,the leading role of the leading enterprises was not strong,the sales of product took traditional channels generally;5)Enterprises and farmers were lack of cooperation mechanism.Farmers were lack of experience and technology in developing circular agriculture.Agricultural production took mainly decentralized management,agricultural scale and mechanized management were difficult to carry out and product sales were based on substantive channels.The countermeasures for developing circular agriculture in Jinhang were as follows: 1)The government should set up a platform to strengthen the integration among parks,enterprises and farmers,optimize and integrate the resources of parks and enterprises,and solve the problem of less cooperation;2)Extend the industrial chain for promoting the comprehensive utilization of resources,strengthen the use of straw and waste,and improve the utilization of resources;3)Promote multiple water use models to improve the efficiency of water resources utilization.4)Strengthen the functions of the government and enterprises and play the talents efficiency;Expand the team of technical staff in township and strengthen the education and guidance to the farmers;5)Perfect publicity channels and play advantages of network;Took the "Internet plus" mode and achieve internet sale of enterprise product.
