The competition among commercial banks in the credit card business has become increasingly fierce.With the sustained growth of card capacity and customers,major banks have established credit card centers in recent years in order to meet customer demand.Customer Service Center is a labor-intensive industry,so human resources management is particularly important.Regardless of strategic management or internal operation and development,establishing and improving a scientific and practical performance management system is very important for the realization of business goals,improvement of employee performance and customer satisfaction.The paper uses the theory and methods of modern performance management to research the performance management system of CCB Lanzhou Credit Card Center.Through the methods of literature collection,field interview and questionnaire survey,the original performance management system was analyzed to find out the problems and deficiencies.According to the analyzed results,contemporary situation and personnel characteristics of the Lanzhou Credit Card Center,the paper optimizes performance management system from performance planning,performance implementation,performance communication and feedback.In order to identifying the feasibility of the plan,the optimized performance management system was implemented.And the effectiveness of the plan was ensured by comparing the effects before and after implementation.The research in this paper has practical significance for optimizing the performance management system of CCB Lanzhou Credit Card Center,and plays an active role in improving the management level and organizational performance.At the same time,the paper also provides reference value for the research on performance management of other banks' customer service centers.
