Study On Health Evaluation And Restoration Of Ecological Economy System Of Qiaolin Town

Currently,the focus of research on ecological environment assessment is mainly on typical ecosystems such as grassland,forest and city.The academic community of ecological and economic systems for the structure and function of the increasingly degraded villages and towns rarely involved.For the above situation,this paper systematically studied the bridge town by semi-structured questionnaire,empirical analysis,structural analysis and systematic evaluation based on the theory of sustainable development of village and township eco-economic system and the theory of sustainable development.Based on the theory of system ecology,ecological economics,agricultural economics and other theoretical guidance,the Current Situation of Ecological Economic System were inspection.Through the local environmental protection bureau and statistical department research to obtain the relevant data,the index system is obtained to find out the analytic hierarchy process.The comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the evaluation model of the eco-economic system to evaluate the health status of the local ecosystem,and find out the irrationality of the eco-economic system.At the same time,we can provide some advices for the government to repair the ecological and economic structure of the traditional villages in order to promote the accelerated transformation and rapidly accelerate the development of the local village economy.Firstly,on the basis of discussing the basic concepts of ecological economy,relevant theories and their evaluation methods,this paper introduces the origin of villages and towns,expounds the concept of health of villages and towns eco-economic system.Based on the principles established by the eco-economic system health evaluation index system,this paper establishes a hierarchical structure of the village and township eco-economic system health evaluation system.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,taking the Qiaolin Town,Pukou District of Nanjing,Jiangsu Province as an example,the ecological and economic system of village and village was evaluated.The evaluation index system is divided into natural environment system and socio-economic system,including 9 sub-system layers of 41 qualitative indicators.The classification and scoring of the health evaluation index of the rural eco-economic system were established,and the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.According to the Yearbook and the relevant department statistics and the affirmative standard system,the overall target layer,the target sub-layer,the system layer and the subsystem layer of the integrated score can be got.Thirdly,through the case study,we can get the comprehensive score of ecological economic system in Qiaolin Town,and find out the irrationality of the eco-economic system.At the same time,we can provide some advices for the government to repair the ecological and economic structure of the traditional villages in order to promote the accelerated transformation and rapidly accelerate the development of the local village economy.Finally,the way of restoration of ecosystem structure is introduced.Progressive ecological restoration is based on the real ability respectively,based on the strength of the government-led natural ecological restoration,based on the theory of compound ecological conjugated ecological rehabilitation.And compares the pros and cons of three kinds of repair pathways of analysis found that,based on the theory of compound ecological conjugated ecological rehabilitation can produce the biggest ecological benefits and economic benefits,the most suitable for local ecological restoration.And based on the demand of the repair pathways,puts forward four Suggestions to the government,so that the Qiaolin town ecological economic system structure become more reasonable in Nanjing.
