Study On Land Use Strategy For Ecologicalization Of Old Industrial Blocks In The Process Of Urban Renewal

Our country has experienced the rapid growth and development of economy and society,and adapted to the rapid development of urbanization,industrialization and modernization.Then it entered the society which has middle and low speed of population,the new normal economy and the new height.At present,China is in the 4 stage of industry.China's industrialization has entered the stage of transformation,upgrading and development.There are many problems in the traditional industrial land utilization process.Extensive industrial growth mode is also not conducive to sustainable urban development.Therefore,urban renewal work has been carried out in various places,and one of the key points of urban renewal is the transformation of old industrial blocks.Based on the idea of ecological civilization construction and industrial green planning,this paper focuses on the strategy of ecological transformation of old industrial blocks under the background of urban regeneration.This paper first analyzes the research and practice of the strategy of domestic and foreign old industrial block ecological transformation,respectively for the reconstruction of the western developed countries have taken in the old industrial area update in the process of transformation and redevelopment mode,comprehensive improvement mode and protection mode is expounded and analyzed the ecological measures and summarizes three modes of transformation in the process,such as repair and reuse of brownfield and the adjustment of industry etc.Then the three models based on the transformation of old industrial areas,the Portland Pearl District reconstruction case,collect the foreign representative of Germany's Ruhr Industrial Area renovation case,Japan Tomioka silk mill to carry out the protection and utilization of case analysis,summarizes the basic characteristics,typical cases of land use conditions and lack of strategy.Secondly,the three theories which including urban renewal,the reconstruction of the old industrial area and the construction of ecological civilization are summarized,and the theoretical basis of this paper is constructed.Urban renewal is the premise and driving force for transformation of old industrial blocks.Transformation of old industrial blocks is a necessary way to achieve urban renewal,and ecological transformation of old industrial blocks is a necessary path to achieve ecological civilization construction.Thirdly,Policy documents for ecological release followed by collecting block transformation of domestic old industrial finishing on the intensive land use,ecological restoration,low-carbon energy and industrial heritage protection and utilization of the four aspects of the policy,understand the dynamics and development trend of support for ecological reconstruction of the old industry area from the national macro level policy for the following land,provide the basis for strategy analysis.Finally,the transformation of old industrial area in three districts of three blocks in Yiwu is taken as a sample.Grounded theory is applied to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and the strategy of land use is tentatively put forward.Taking three examples of the sample area as an epitome of the ecological transformation of old industrial blocks,it will provide references for the ecological transformation and research of other old industrial blocks.
