In modern enterprises,human resources are becoming more and more important.As an important part of human resource management system,performance management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.After decades of research and experiment,comparatively profect theories and methods of performance management have been made by scholars at home and abroad.These methods are widely applied to domestic enterprises,and increasingly become the effective tool for strategic management.However,there are still many problems in the process of performance management.The role of performance appraisal has not yet been fully realized and played.After the renovation of the realty management company,the Realty Service Center in Y Oil Field begins to become market-oriented.In this special period,as the backbone of the enterprise,mid-level managers play an important role.How to improve the performance management system of mid-level managers is an important and urgent task.This article generalizes several theories and methods of performance management with literature analysis method.Using the questionnaire survey method,mid-level managers performance evaluation system of the Realty Service Center is analyzed.This article also summarizes the problems existing in the performance management system of the Realty Service Center.According to the decomposition of enterprise strategic target,combining with the analysis of mid-level manager work,we redesign the performance appraisal index system for mid-level managers of the Realty Service Center in Y Oil Field by using strategy mapkey and key performance indicator method to determine the indicators and weigh value of factors method to determine the weights of indicators.On the basis of the original performance management,the performance management system has been improved by increasing the performance communication,performance feedback and interview,performance improvement,making the mid-level manager performance management a complete and strategic system.This paper focuses on the improvement of performance management system of the Realty Service Center in Y Oil Field,based on the theories and methods of performance management.In practice,it is helpful for the management of the Realty Service Center,and the improvement of employees overall quality and the market competitiveness.Theoretically speaking,we bulid a strategic performance management system for the Realty Service Center in Y Oil Field.What's more,it provides references for other enterprises and enhances the practicability of theory.
