With the rapid development of knowledge economy and the establishment of the modern enterprise system,enterprise management is developing toward the direction of diversification,human resources become an important source of enterprise competitive advantage.In recent years,with the further development of strategic human resource management,the audit of human resources management is becoming increasingly important to reform and keep steady.Human Resource Audit play an important role in the inspection,analysis and evaluation human resources management effectiveness to realize the strategic goal to provide effective support for the enterprise.In order to overcome the current problems in the management of human resources,the research of human resource audit is great significance in improving the effeiciency of human resources.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical of strategic human resources management audit,and then an analysis on current situation and existing problems of M group will be presented.Next,author introduce the necessity of the implementation of strategic human resources audit on the base of Implementation of strategic human resource audit of M group and applies the balanced score card to the strategic human resources audit.Leaming from the previous human resources audit model,we put forward strategic human resources audit system in conformity with the M group,in order to improve human resource management effectiveness.Finally,find out the shortage of human resources audit.Now,M group is in a critical period of deepening reform and strategic transformation,It's great significance for M group to promote reform development through implementation of human resource audit,but in the process of reform and development,human resources present situation can't meet the demand of group and become the bottleneck which restrict the development of the group.Use of strategic human resources audit system of M group human resources strategy and strategic matching,analysis the execution and effectiveness of human resource management audit,find out the problem,and put forward the proposal of reform and innovation,to enhance human resources management and enterprise development strategy fit and promote transformation and upgrading of M group human resources.Strategic human resource audit is still a new topic in china,the current theoretical research field are mainly concentrated in universities and the government public sector human resources,there are limited researches on enterprise human resources audit.This paper may provide actual practice to other company and then promote the development of modern enterprise human resource audit and make it popularity so that the others can benefit from it and further to promote the application of it.
