Since our country joined the WTO(World Trade Organization),the society economy of our country is developed substantially,and the economic and trade ties,Political and cultural communication is more and more frequently with foreign country.It promotes the economy of our country substantial development.The manufacturing enterprise is the entity industry for one country.And there is many data during its productive process,including raw material purchasing data,supplier data,etc.They are very precious and invisible treasure.The main research of this study is to design and implement the Enterprise Manufacture Raw Material Purchasing Decision System,based on the big data mining technology,via the Decision Tree method and the Clustering method.And the implemented key function is based on the C4.5 algorithm of the Decision Tree method to implement the big data mining for enterprise raw materials' ABC classify,and the K-Means algorithm of the Clustering method to implement the big data mining for raw material supplier data.This article researches the basic concept,basic function,basic methods,and basic technology of the big data mining.And then states the basic process of the big data mining in details.And finally it chooses the Decision Tree method and the Clustering method as the big data mining direction for the Enterprise Manufacture Raw Material Purchasing Decision System.In the third chapter,it introduces the basic theory and process for the Decision Tree method,and also the basic idea and process of the C4.5 algorithm.Based on the repertory control ABC method,it classifies the raw material data of enterprise manufacture to ABC classification effectively,and to provide the decision for the raw material repertory method and purchasing method.In the fourth chapter,it introduces the basic theory and process for the Clustering method,and also the basic idea and process of the K-Means algorithm.Based on the evaluation system for the raw material suppliers,it classifies the supplier data of raw material to clustering effectively,and to provide the decision for the raw material supplier choice.At last,it designs and implements the Enterprise Manufacture Raw Material Purchasing Decision System,to use C4.5 algorithm and K-Means algorithm to mine the raw material and supplier data,and provides the effective proof for enterprise purchasing.And then it will provide the scientific and effective proof to the enterprise manufacture raw material purchasing,and implement the Enterprise Manufacture Raw Material Purchasing Decision System functions finally.
