With high-speed development and widespread of the Digital design and manufacturing te chnology based on MBD,more and more enterprises both in Chona and overseas have begun to pay much more attention to the detection link of the digital technology.However,at present the theorists still do not have an in-depth research on this important link,which will be impro ved diligently.In view of digital detection technology in an aviation enterprise in China,a co mprehensive study of this monitoring data management of the whole life cycle of the product is conducted in this paper.At first,the current research status of the domestic and foreign scholars on the testing data management and quality management system are reviewed.The life cycle of data and the ability of SPC technology are analyzed as well.And then,Product detection data which is the most intuitive results in the digital detection process is mostly analysed.The detection data model is set up.Meanwhile,the non-geometric information and geometric information are related.And the same model is used to manage and analyze the data.Finally,several factors that can affect the accuracy of detection results and their influence on the accuracy of detection results are studied,and then the improvement strategy is proposed to improve the accuracy of the detection results.The research results may provide theoretical basis for the later construction and research of the digital detection system for the enterprise.The improvement of the accuracy of the detection results which can not only help the enterprise to work more accurately,but also help to reduce the unnecessary loss caused by the inaccuracy of the detection results.At the same time,the results could supply direct and reference for the research on the digital detection in the future.
