Research On Effects Of Executive Team Faultlines On Enterprise Value Under The Perspective Of The Innovation Strategy

Companies are facing increasing competition,the decision-making ability and decision level of senior management team play an important role in the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to study the organizational structure of the senior management team.At the same time,the ability of innovation is partly a reflection of the company's ability to grow.The according strategy is also determined by the behaviour of the corporate managers.With the increase of executive diversity of team members,executive team are divided into different decision-making groups,namely the team fault.Based on the existing studies of executive team fault,and enterprise value innovation strategy and effect,combined with China's unique social background,first studied different kinds of executive team fault impact on the enterprise value of the main effect.Then seek the mechanism of the relationship between the two,and introduce the innovation strategy as a mediation variable into the relationship between the two.Through empirical research,the study of the main effect shows that the different types of executive team fault have different orientations of influence to the enterprise value.The fault line based on gender and age is a relatively dangerous fault line,relational fault intensity is negatively related to the enterprise value;And the fault line based on the functions of the background of executive team is a good fault line,task type fault line is related to enterprise value.Next in virtue of a variable to study the innovation strategy in relationship between the senior management team and the enterprise value,using Baron's ordinal regression method to test.The introduction of intermediary variable regression equation of the regression result shows that the innovation strategy fully mediate the relationship between executive team relational fault and the enterprise value,partial mediate the relationship between executive team task type fault and the enterprise value.By the above study of this paper argues that,in the process of the construction of our country enterprise senior management team,we should pay attention to the influence of the executive team relational fault and task type fault,controls the relational the strength of the fault,use the advantage of task-oriented fault strength.At the same time,we are good at exploiting the effect of innovation strategy and establishing the idea of continuous innovation.
