In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,web management system gradually in the industrial field has been a large number of applications,the enterprise's production efficiency has also been greatly improved,While with implementation of the policy about developing of circular economy,building a conservation-oriented society and other policies.The production way of enterprises is gradually moving closer to the green production.Therefore,the research and developing a set of energy monitoring and management system can provide effective data support for the enterprise energy measurement and energy statistics and to more accurate and timely grasp of the use of energy consumption of enterprises,and even further energy conservation to provide a more scientific basis,And ultimately to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises is of great significance.This paper elaborates the status quo and shortcomings of energy monitoring and management system at home and abroad.Combining with the specific business needs of enameled wire enterprises,this paper puts forward the on-line monitoring and management scheme of energy-saving production line of enameled wire production workshop,and finally designs a set of energy-line monitoring and management system for enameled wire enterprises.In the design of system,for the real-time system problems,a variety of feasible real-time technical solutions were compared,using Websocket technology to push the data in real time to the front,to achieve real-time monitoring of current and voltage,using Ajax Long polling interactive technology to achieve real-time monitoring of electrical parameters other than current.Aiming at the problem of system security,this paper compares and analyzes the commonly used encryption algorithm,and designs and designs a secure transmission scheme that encrypts the private data by AES/CBC/PKCS5 Padding + RSA hybrid encryption algorithm.In the system implementation,the hierarchical networking is used to improve the stability of data transmission and solve the problem of different types of network transmission.The whole network structure is divided into workshop network,factory network,router network.Workshop networking is CAN bus.The embedded touch screen and power module are connected through RS-485 bus,embedded terminal throughRS-232 connected to the protocol converter,the final output for the CAN network;plant network mode for the Ethernet,all CAN-bus bus network through the CAN Ethernet converter into Ethernet;router network will be connected to the router Ethernet interface,using NAT technology to achieve normal access to internal and external networks.For the background management system platform,the B/S software architecture is used to solve the problem of expansibility and maintenance of the software system.The SpringMVC framework is used to write the background logic.The Mybatis persistence layer framework and Mysql are used as the background persistence layer to realize the production data.The use of Mina asynchronous I/O network library is to prepare the background timing to obtain power parameters data module,the front interface design which using EasyUI framework and Html5 new features and jQuery JavaScript library,greatly reducing the code coupling and interface design difficulty.The functions of the system include: energy analysis,energy management,system management,energy monitoring,report statistics,energy efficiency management and a series of modules,and through performance testing,in the case of large load,the access rate of 140 to 160 times The system can still be stable operation,and the response time can still be maintained within 160 ms,and the system still has a high hit rate,which meets the requirements of the enterprise.This paper provides a reference solution for enameled wire enterprises to develop energy policy and to implement green production through the enameled wire production workshop Electric energy online monitoring and management system's design.And the entire system interface is simple,easy to operate,easy to get started,greatly improving the production efficiency and economic efficiency.
