Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Entrepreneurship In Panjin City

Entrepreneurship is an inexhaustible driving force for the development of social economy,and the increase in entrepreneurial activity of college students will bring new blood to the socialist market economy,to create opportunities for entrepreneurship for more people,and to promote rapid social and economic development.Northeast China is the economically underdeveloped areas,brain drain is still as one of the bottlenecks for hindering the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base,and brain drain and economic downturn have a very close relationship,and often interact,resulting in a vicious circle.According to the statistics of the local human resources and social security bureau,the proportion of college students returning to Panjin and enter the college entrance examination to leave Panjin has dropped year by year.As a coastal resource-based city in Liaoning Province,Panjin is rich in fertile land,rich in resources and has a good geographical position.Entrepreneurship of college students can create more jobs at the same time,therefore,to play the intellectual advantages of college students and to encourage college students' entrepreneurship have great significance for the talent introduction of Panjin,supply-side structural reform,the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base construction,and to build a coastal new Panjin and an international medium developed city.This article is based on the understanding of the entrepreneurial wishes of Panjin college students to research and summarize the educational system of college students in Panjin City.This paper chooses the college student entrepreneurial system of Panjin City as a research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and field research method to carry out the entrepreneurial willingness survey towards reading and working college students of Panjin.We issued 1203 questionnaires and recovered valid questionnaires 1100;and also visited the relevant person in charge of Panjin City's entrepreneurial system,the entrepreneur,the entrepreneurial losers,the investment and financing institutions,etc.,to explore the current situation,the existing problems and causes of entrepreneurial system of the city.On the basis of summing up the beneficial experiences of domestic and foreign college students' entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the entrepreneurial system of Panjin City: the co-ordination of entrepreneurship policy,the creation of "returning to business" culture,standardizing policy implementation and supervision,and building a one-stop platform.Hoping to further improve the Panjin city government students entrepreneurial policy system,to cultivate a good entrepreneurial environment for college students to attract some of the Panjin students return home,to promote Panjin college student entrepreneurial system to a new level and to better meet the development needs.
