Knowledge is the main driving force for the creation of wealth and the important source of wealth growth.Knowledge sharing is the key of knowledge management,the staff is the carrier of knowledge,and employee commitment is the internal cause of knowledge sharing behavior.The scholars on employee commitment and knowledge sharing behavior relationships have been extensively studied,but almost no departure from multiple levels of employee commitment object,to explore the influence mechanism between organizational commitment,team commitment and supervisory commitment and knowledge sharing behavior.In this paper,the object of employee commitment is divided into three levels: organization,team and supervisor.First of all,this paper makes a brief analysis and summary of the theories and literatures related to organizational commitment,team commitment and commitment,knowledge sharing behavior and human resource management practices.To explore the logical relationship between the relationship between organizational commitment,team commitment and supervisory commitment and knowledge sharing behavior and different levels,and the introduction of human resource management practices as organizational commitment and knowledge sharing behavior between the control variables,and set up a theoretical model,put forward the corresponding hypothesis.Then,through empirical research,including the selection and revision of the scale,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the knowledge workers of the enterprise,and 500 questionnaires were sent out on the basis of the online and offline,and two valid questionnaires were collected,and the results were as follows: 378.Using SPSS20.0 and Amos20.0 statistical software for reliability test,validity test,correlation analysis,single factor test,regression test,distraction,the mediating effect of moderating effect test of the scale and the data was analyzed to verify the research hypothesis.The final results show that:(1)organizational commitment,team commitment and supervisor commitment have significant positive effects on knowledge sharing behavior.(2)there is a significant positive effect of team commitment and Supervisor Commitment on organizational commitment.(3)organizational commitment plays a partial mediating role between team commitment,commitment and knowledge sharing behavior.(4)the practice of human resource management plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge sharing behavior.According to the three dimensions of MOA model,the relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge sharing behavior has a positive moderating effect.
