WF company is to import and export of microwave communication products .After years of market development, which has been gradually developing, and now the business has been extended to foreign countries,the countries of the Middle East as an important market for their own. Nowadays, the application of microwave communication products is more and more widely used, and the international business market is expanding and strengthening. However,many problems such as the decline of customer satisfaction and the stagnation of sales growth which have begun to affect the further development of WF company.As small and medium sized foreign trade import and export enterprises, WF company,how to make full use of existing resources to improve the enterprise customers of the company's satisfaction, in the international market to further enhance the company's product sales and microwave coverage which is the company's current must be considered. Based on the summary of the marketing theory, frstly,the analysis of the WF company is facing the international market environment; secondly, with the status of the company's current international marketing theory analysis, found the problems in the realization of 4P WF communication method, and compared with the same industry, find out WF the communication gap between the company and their own advantages; then, based on the above analysis of the existing problems in the marketing aspect This research based on 4P theory which put forward the improvement measures of marketing mode; Finally, WF products sales in the problems to be solved in the proposed implementation plan, and which put forward reasonable suggestions on the implementation of marketing strategy.This study uses a variety of theories on WF company's international marketing analysis,finds out the existing problems. We hope that the strategy and implementation plan aiming at the problems of the company s products in the international market sales in the international market to help it to achieve better development, at the same time, some of the results of this study may provide the theoretical support and practical experience of other multinational business enterprises.
