Research On Collaborative Strategy Of Guangzhou Automobile Industry Cluster Supply Chain

Automobile industry is one of the pillar industries of Guangzhou,it greatly promotes the development and comprehensive strength of Guangzhou's economy.we can see that Guangzhou not only has a perfect supply chain,but also forms a certain scale industry cluster and the advantages of industrial clusters is prominent based on current situation of automobile industry.Automotive is an industry of long industry chain and high degree of association and industrial technology,With the increasingly fierce competition of automobile market,enterprises of the industrial chain through cooperation can not only strengthen the cluster effect,but also realize the sharing of resources and information and ultimately achieve scale economy effect.It can find through the summary of previous studies that there are a lot of researchs relate to cluster supply chain architectur and supply chain collaboration,but mostly of them around cluster supply chain inventory cooperation and inventory complementary and less literature takes a specific industry cluster as the research object.Therefore,this paper takes Guangzhou automobile industry cluster as an example to analyze insufficient aspects of Guangzhou automobile industry cluster supply chain collaborative through constructing and operating synergy degree model of Guangzhou automobile industry cluster and regional logistics,then put forward feasible collaborative strategy to provide basis for the development of Guangzhou automobile industry from the angle of cluster supply chain collaboration.This paper mainly does following works.Firstly,analyze the connotation and the driving forces and influencing factors of cluster supply chain coordination learn from other's research achievements of industrial cluster and supply chain.Secondly,take automobile industry of Guangzhou as the research object to analyze the status of industrial cluster and supply chain development and describe the feasibility and necessity of Guangzhou automobile industry cluster supply chain collaboration through the location quotient theory and non cooperative and cooperative model.Thirdly,analyze present situation of cluster supply chain collaboration based on synergy degree model and verify the validity of model by co integration theory.Fourthly,analyze possible causes of experimental results through comparing the automotive industry supply chain collaboration of Guangzhou and Shanghai,and then put forward the some corresponding strategys to strenthen cluster supply chain collaborative.In this paper,it will use traditional methods of mathematical modeling to build collaborative model,and use SPSS and Eviews 6.0 statistical analysis software and Matlab to analyze data.This paper provides a new idea for the development of Guangzhou automobile industry from the angle of cluster supply chain coordination,which has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
