The Study Of The Business Strategic Transformation Of SD Group In The Context Of Supply Side Stuctural Reform

Promote the supply side structural reform,must meet the needs of customers,adjust the supply side of the production of the enterprise resources,adjust the structure of products and services,the rational allocation of resources supply side and demand side to provide real service and products.In the context of supply side structural reform,in order to enhance the overall manufacturing industry,we must abandon backward production capacity,the development of advanced technology and excellent performance products.How to choose the suitable equipment manufacturing industry,business strategy,the flow has become bigger and stronger,all facing challenges of manufacturing equipment.This paper first describes the theory of strategic transformation,paving the way for the transformation of business strategy of SD group,SD group and then analyzes the company's existing business strategy,and analyzes the existing problems,and then use the PEST analysis model,Potter model analysis of SD group company's internal and external environment,based on SWOT analysis on the market competition environment and the internal resources and capacity analysis combined with SD group in the exploration of the theoretical model is established for transformation to strategic management of SD group company,and has carried on the analysis and evaluation.Then,develop strategic business transformation program of SD group company,from the three aspects of centralized choose stable strategy,the strategy and innovative competition strategy to put forward the strategic transformation strategy for SD Corporation,proposed SD Corporation by manufacturing enterprises in the production and sales of products for the core business to provide the mode of financing lease contract energy management as the core business services companies based on transformation.Then,the SD group proposed the implementation of the strategic transformation principle,finally,from four aspects of organization,innovation and upgrading human resources policies,increase financing efforts,enhance the ability to resist risk,put forward SD company strategic transformation implementation suggestion.In this paper,the strategic transformation theory,a comprehensive study of SD group's strategic transformation of the selection and implementation of the SD group to change the current plight of the company to improve its market competitiveness is of great value.
