Under the background of marketization,the uncertainty of the market,the instability of designleveland thepersonalized needs of consumers make a single enterprise not satisfy the demand of the market on its own resources.Especially a large number of foreign brands enterto the market in our country,such as HM,Zara,which has a great effect on our country's clothing market.In order to adapt to the change of market environment,every link of garment industry has to cooperate.clothing companies should retain their own core competitiveness,outsourcing the weak link to outstanding suppliers.Garment industry form community of interestsby strengtheningcooperation on each node of the supply chain,rapid response to market A clothing companydemand,enhance market competitiveness and maximize the profit of the supply chain.A clothing company provides a good platform for the Korean fast fashion brands,moving toward China's largest Internet brand ecological operation group.The objective of the apparel supply chain participants is in conflict with the overall objectives of the supply chain.In the clothing supply chain,the innovation degree of design is the important factor of supply chain income,which is embodied in the distribution of members' income.In order to ensure the efficient operation of the apparel supply chain,the supply chain members promote cooperation through a reasonable distribution mechanism and strive to achieve win-win situation.There are many cooperation models in garment market and different cooperation modes have their characteristics.In this paper,the A clothing company as an example,analysisin-depththe different sharing mechanisms,including pure revenue sharing,design cost sharing and innovation sharing and research two level clothing supply chain cooperation model.Combined with the characteristics of garment industry diversification and innovation,cooperation game between participants in two echelon supply chain with different cooperation models,optimize the distribution of benefits of participants in supply chain,to achieve the best overall benefit of apparel supply chain.
