In 2008 the outbreak of the global financial crisis has had a profound influence on domestic and foreign enterprises, many enterprises in the international financial crisis been gobbled up, or narrow and adjust their business structure, or increasing scientific and technological innovation of products, to consolidate and enhance the market share and core competitiveness of the enterprise. As a multinational foreign investment in domestic enterprises in our country, the T company is one of “World top five hundred enterprises” in the United States, with its excellent product quality, has become the global relay market leader, and after the world financial crisis, the T company also through the positive adjustment of industrial structure and product innovation of science and technology, in order to consolidate and enhance its market competitiveness and leadership. In 2013, the T Company in their clinging to the domestic power grid improvement plan implement and domestic electricity customer demand, the emergency start and quickly finished the SGCC project. But in the process of SGCC project research and development, not only the contradiction between project members, but also produced a serious department collaborative conflict problems. Based on this, the paper uses project conflict management theory and related knowledge, SGCC project conflict management of T Company conducted in-depth research, aimed at finding the right solutions, in order to effectively solve the conflict problem in the process of T Company in project development.
