Research On Performance Evaluation Of Scientific Research Team In Aerospace Enterprises Of China

The aerospace enterprise is the main force of China's high-tech industry,whose technological development is an important symbol to measure a country's economy,military,cultural and technological level.Aerospace enterprises adopt a series of reform measures to accelerate the step,with the improvement of China's market economy system and the revolution of external and internal environment.Faced with the background,the aerospace enterprises came into being.As a combination of the market economy system and the management mode of state-owned enterprises,the conflict of aerospace enterprises has become increasingly significant.It is high time to change the operation mode and management mode.Therefore,it is appreciated to build an effective evaluation system for aerospace enterprise scientific research team.This paper uses AHP to do the research on the evaluation system of aerospace enterprise scientific research team,including the whole process.At first,this paper introduces the selection of index and the construction of index system in detail.It refers to regard personnel,funds and fixed assets as input indicators,make achievements,economic efficiency and talent cultivation as production indexes and structure the evaluation system in three years.Meanwhile,analytic hierarchy process is used to make a determination of the index weight and discuss on data-processing and analysis of the evaluation.This paper researches for the four scientific research team of aerospace enterprise with the index system and the correlative method.Finally,it also provides some constructive comments on the performance evaluation and makes a systematical conclusion in the paper.To lay a solid foundation of the index weight of scientific research team and performance evaluation,this paper adopts the system engineering AHP as the technical support,uses the combined methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,investigates the construction situation of aerospace enterprise four scientific research team on-the-spot investigation and discharges questionnaire to a number of experts and team leaders for an investigation.Meanwhile,the rationality of the index system and the weight is also tested in the empirical study.Obviously,this paper provides a research and an analysis on scientific research teams and performance evaluations,which has the theoretical significance and practical significance.
