Research On The Development Pattern Of County E-commerce Industrial Park In Hubei Province

With the rapid development of county economy, county e-commerce as a driving force for the development of county economy has shown a vigorous vitality. Because of lack of the advantages of e-commerce in the developed counties, the county e-commerce industrial parks have begun to rise. The development of county e-commerce industrial park is conducive to the coordinated development of county enterprises, so as to better integrate resources. It is also beneficial to promote the construction of the county e-commerce service platform. Local governments can also be more accurate to use preferential policies in the most appropriate place. Not only that, the e-commerce industrial park will also help solve the problems of the lack of talents, to attract and retain more e-commerce professionals, but also conducive to electronic commerce in the county of precise poverty. However, because the majority of e-commerce industrial park development in county area is still in a primary stage, so this paper will focus on the study of e-commerce industrial park in the county area, especially the county area in Hubei. It is hoped that this research can provide reference for the development of the county e-commerce industry park.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction, including background, research in both China and abroad, and research methods. The second part is the definition of some concepts which includes county economy and e-commerce industrial park. The third part is the development and enlightenment of the county e-commerce industrial park. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the county e-commerce and e-commerce industrial park, this part summarizes three development models,three profit models and three development stages. The fourth part is the development and enlightenment of Hubei county e-commerce industrial park. After the analysis of the development status and characteristics of county e-commerce and e-commerce industrial park in Hubei Province, through the investigation of four typical cases of e-commerce in the county industrial park, this part summarizes and compares the development pattern of Hubei province county e-commerce industrial park. Based on the results of the above analysis, the fifth part sums up the existing problems and give the corresponding solutions. The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the whole paper.
