With the developing of modern society and the faster speeding of information exchange and lifestyle changes,there are a couple of salient differences in people's thoughts and needs.China has vigorously popularized its education in recent years,and brings a rapid development of secondary school with an influx of new generations of teachers and students.So,how to meet their different needs has become an urgent problem to be solved for the managers of Chinese secondary school.As a new emerging type of leadership,inclusive leadership wins the favor of western and Chinese scholars for its capacity to adapt to management complexity in both inside and outside the rapidly changing organizations.If inclusive leadership was carried out in Chinese secondary education,it would have its practical value undoubtedly because it origins from western education practice.Studies have shown that leadership style has a significant effect on teachers' work performance.Thus,it is necessary to conduct empirical research on whether inclusive climate created by inclusive leaders will have a positive effect on secondary teachers' work.Based on the literature review,this study explores the predictive effect of inclusive leadership on teachers' work performance and the mediated effect of self-efficacy and collective efficacy on them.This research adopted literature review,personal interview,questionnaires and other research methods to discuss structure of inclusive leadership.Also,we develop the questionnaire through the exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model and other statistical techniques.This study adopts questionnaire survey to investigate 474 secondary school teachers in Henan.Discuss the relation of inclusive leadership,secondary school teachers' work performance,and the role of self-efficacy and collective efficacy in this relationship.Shows the results of descriptive analysis and regression analysis,there is a significant correlation pairwise among inclusive leadership,work performance,self-efficacy and collective efficacy.Inclusive leadership is able to positively predict the secondary school teachers' work performance,self-efficacy partly mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and work performance,collective efficacy fully mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership andwork performance.The Bootstrap method is applied to the mediating effect verify,the results further support the intermediary role of self-efficacy and collective efficacy.The results of this study suggest that secondary school managers should attach importance to the diversity of needs of their teachers,adopt inclusive leadership style in practice,respect and focus on their teachers' needs,views and opinions,provide their teachers with effective information,create an organizational climate of equality and mutual understanding of each other through openness and acceptance,take the development of their teachers ' self-efficacy and collective efficacy seriously,ignite their teachers' performance at work,and thus raise the quality of secondary education in China.
