Research On Benefit Sharing Mechanism Of New-type Urbanization

At present,China's new-type urbanization has entered a period of strategic opportunities,preliminary work carried out mainly around the demolition,But how to achieve people's urbanization is deficient,and practical verification is lacking.And many problems haven't outbreak because of the time.How to plan a basic “people-oriented” new-type urbanization road has been a problem which we need to solve.This article is based on the current issue of new-type urbanization,to research how to take a mutually beneficial and harmonious coexistence of new-type urbanization road,and try to build a stand-up mechanism of benefit-sharing test.This article is divided into seven parts: Firstly,make a brief introduction about the background,significance,literature achievements and research methods of the new-type urbanization benefit sharing mechanism.Secondly,try to make a presentation of the basic situation of new-type urbanization in Z county.Then,divide the mechanism of benefit sharing into three parts: interest compensation mechanism,benefit coordination mechanism and benefit symbiosis mechanism.The third part mainly studies the benefit compensation mechanism of the new-type urbanization in Z county,discusses the concrete compensation thoughts in the specific situation,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth part studies the content and the performance of the interest conflict in the new-type urbanization of Z county,and analyzes the existing benefit coordination mechanism deeply.The fifth part analyzes the possible problems in the development of Z county from the perspective of the economic development planning and the role played by the developing parties.In the sixth part,based on the investigation basis and the analysis of the problems in the first three parts,the author tries to study the policy suggestion of optimizing benefit sharing mechanism in the new-type urbanization from the aspects of compensation form,institution construction and industry development.Finally,in conclusion and discussion part,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings and prospects of the paper are putted forward.In short,this paper analyzes and studies the benefit compensation mechanism,benefit coordination mechanism and benefit symbiosis mechanism in the process of constructing the new-type urbanization benefit sharing mechanism,based on the investigation of Z county.Through this way,this article rationalizes the relationship of interests among the government,the developers and the peasants and forms a path of development force.This paper has a great significance in putting forward the proposals of setting up reasonable compensation form and standard,improvement relevant laws and regulations and policies,paying attention to industrial development,strengthening the protection of landless peasants and so on.Above all,the greatest value of this paper is providing the policy reference for constructing and perfecting new benefit-sharing mechanism.
