Research And Analysis Of Financial Support To The Industrial Transformation Of The Bank Of Jin Shang To Shanxi Coal Enterprises

Shanxi has a huge coal reserves,and coal industry accounted for a large proportion of the contribution of the province's GDP.Although this keeps the rapid pace of Shanxi's economy,it has also formed the phenomenon of irrational industrial structure that the twice energy and economic vitality are relatively low.There are rapid development of Shanxi's financial industry,but the question is the lack of support for the transformation of coal resource-based economy.For how to achieve financial is an arduous task in this situation,solving this task not only can improve the economic growth of Shanxi but also can provide reference to help other resources provinces.Jinshang bank,formerly known as Taiyuan City Commercial Bank,founded in 2009.It is the largest body of City Commercial Bank in Shanxi,which put Taiyuan as the center and expand to all cities in the province.The major shareholders are Shanxi Provincial Department of finance,Taiyuan Municipal Finance Bureau and some large coal group,for example,Lu An Group,Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group and Shanxi Coking Coal Group.The influence to development transformation of coal enterprise can not be ignored.But how Jinshang bank make this influence to Shanxi coal industry is the factors need our to make some research.This paper focuses on the relationship between Jinshang bank andthe Shanxi coal enterprises,and takes some personal views how Jinshang bank supporting the Shanxi coal enterprise transformation.The main structure is as follows: firstly,describing the study background,purpose and significance;the second part is a brief introduction to some theory of financial support;The third part standing on the supply side,discussed the necessity of the transformation for coal enterprises;the fourth part sanding in the capital supply side,pointed out the development situation and shareholder distribution,the existence of non-performing loans,lending problems and profitability changes;the fifth part research design and analysis of questionnaire data.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the coal Jinshang Bank and enterprise customers,and the resulting data system Plan arrangement,analysis of Shanxi Merchants Bank Restructuring of financial support for the existing problems of the coal enterprises;Sixth using the statistical data obtained by questionnaire,construct the structural equation model,using empirical SPSS and Amos statistical software to analyze the factors of Jinshang Bank make financial support to Shanxi coal enterprises,and explain the phenomenon.The seventh discusses the research results and recommendations for the Jinshang bank and coal enterprises.
