Resources and the environment is the basis for the survival and development of our human beings.With the progress of human civilization in the human world,the economic construction of human society has been developing rapidly in the last century.What follows is the growing demand for resources and the increasing prominence of various environmental problems.The increasingly serious resource and environmental issues are of particular importance to the rational use of limited resources and the management of environmental problems.The resources and environment carrying capacity is not only the core issue of regional research,but also a global problem.Therefore,the analysis and research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment can play a vital role in coordinating the economic activities of human society in the region.In the construction of resources and environment comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system.Based on the corresponding theory and the actual situation of the research area,the index factor is selected according to the resource and environment carrying capacity.In terms of resource carrying capacity,we choose the land resources and water resources that human beings depend on to study,and study the geological environment and ecological environment according to the actual situation of Yongde County.In the construction of resources and environment comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system,in addition to selecting individual resource and environment-related evaluation indicators,the impact of socio-economic and climate on the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Yongde County was considered,too.Based on the analysis of the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Yongde County,the following results are obtained:The evaluation of the resources and environment of the administrative district as the evaluation unit can be better combined with the population and economic situation of the administrative district,The mean square error decision analysis method is used to determine the weight of each index,comprehensive evaluation index calculated Yongde County,the comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and resources for the 0.4408,in the bearing capacity of the intermediate.County comprehensive carrying capacity is the highest Yongkang town busy fishing village committee,carrying capacity value of 0.6452,in the bearing capacity of the higher level;The lowest carrying capacity is the German party town drilling cave village committee,the carrying capacity of 0.2260,in the lower capacity of the lower level.The resource and environment carrying capacity of the grid is used as the evaluation unit to evaluate the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the grid unit space,it is better to break the boundaries of the administrative area to evaluate,and to better guide the adjustment of the overall planning of land use to the ecological,cultivated land protection and the restriction on the development boundary of the town.There is no high and low resources and environmental carrying capacity of the region in Yongde County,Which is a higher bearing capacity of the eastern part of Yongkang dam area,the lower carrying capacity is mainly for the Banka-Chonggang Area and the Grand Snow Mountain Nature Reserve Area,most of the resources and environment carrying capacity is intermediate in other Yongde County.Through the analysis of Yongde County's resources and environment,GIS spatial analysis method can be better from the administrative village and grid two different ways of evaluation of the regional resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation of the study,the results of the study are of great significance to the spatial planning of land use planning.
