With the development and improvement of the smart grid and power market,the role of the demand side resources in the competition market is re-recognized.Reasonable electricity price can be used as an effective price signal to guide users to consume and to achieve the purpose of cutting peak and filling valley of power grid.In this paper,the definition of demand side response is analyzed from the view of macro and micro.By introducing the relationship between demand side management and demand side response,two kinds of price mechanisms based on the demand side response measures: the time of the use price mechanism and the real-time price mechanism are studied.Then,the establishment of user response model which establish the relationship between the price and users' response.Next,price optimization model is established with taking the supply and demand sides benefit maximization and the load curve of the peak valley difference minimum into account.And on this basis,the customer response model is introduced for analyzing and calculating user satisfaction degree.Finally,the optimal price can be obtained via solving the multi-objective programming problem which aims at reducing the cost of the power supply,decreasing load peak and improving customer satisfaction.
