The Fund Management Of Group A Based On Finance Shared Service In Big Data Era

With the development and popularization of big data,cloud accounting technology has gradually changed the way including the infrastructure of enterprise management accounting and the application of developing and deploying.The Finance Shared Service under cloud accounting is a kind of service mode which needs to use various terminal devices(such as smart cellphones,desktop computers,notebook computers and so on)at anytime and anywhere to access the cloud accounting platform of Finance Shared Service according to the need on the Internet.The Finance Shared Service under cloud accounting makes a large number of single computing servers clustered through the high-speed local area network to constitute a Finance Shared Service Center,forming a flexible service which can be scalable in time and dynamically adapt to the change of traffic load.Group A as a leader in the research and manufacturing of domestic electrical appliances,there are many deficiencies in fund management.How to establish a more perfect way of fund management in the era of big data based on Finance Shared Service Mode has become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper describes the related theories of fund management,cloud accounting and Finance Shared Service.Then,from the three aspects of fund account establishment,fund income and expenses,fund risk control,the paper presents the current situation of group A's fund management,and analyses the existing problems.Next according to the existing problems and the analysis of the problems of group A,combined with the impact analysis of Finance Shared Service to fund management under cloud accounting,put forward the framework model and the process design of group A's fund management.Based on the framework model of Finance Shared Service Center under cloud accounting,this paper constructs a framework model of group A's fund management based on Finance Shared Service under cloud accounting.After that,further for fund budget management,fund control management,fund supervision management and fund assessment management,carry out the designs of process.Afterwards this paper puts forward some implementing proposals for the transformation of fund management,fund management department,foreign exchange risk and fund management system.This may be of greatimportance to the construction of group A's fund management in the era of big data based on Finance Shared Service.Finally,through the case analysis of group A,the conclusion is drawn.Enterprises should integrate the difficulties and characteristics of their own fund management,and choose the appropriate Finance Shared Service Mode and the big data technology,to achieve better operating efficiency as the goal,and constantly improve the fund management.
