Research On Working Capital Management Of Q Phosphorus Chemical Company Based On The Channel Theory

As one of the key contents of financial management and business management,working capital management is very important for enterprises.It is very useful for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives and business objectives.Recent years,with the development of China's economy rapidly,small and medium-sized private enterprises grow up quickly.Their main mode of business development is extensive type,and its working capital management is still in a confusion stage.Whether the management level or management model,small and medium-sized private enterprises have a lot of room for improvement.If they want to grow bigger and stronger.It is imperative to improve the level of working capital management.In this paper,I used the methods of literature research,field investigation and case analysis.From the perspective of channel,I did research and studied the problems of Q company's working capital management and optimize the improvement methods.In this paper,there are five chapters.In the first part,the background and sig nificance of this paper are introduced.And then summarizes the domestic and foreign research results.In addition,it also elaborated the research content,the method,the lo gic and the innovation of this article.The second part introduces working capital theory,channel theory and 3E efficiency theory.The third part describes the classification and management of working capital based on channel theory and the mechanism of channel theory.The fourth part describes the profiles of the phosphorus chemical industry and Q phosphorus chemical company.The fifth part puts forward some feasible solutions about Q phosphorus chemical company's problems in working capital management.It includes the design of the working capital management model based on the channel theory,the specific management measures for the production and marketing channels and the corresponding performance evaluation methods.When I finished this paper,the working capital management based on channel theory breaks through the limitation of the traditional single factor financial management method.In addition,it combines finance with specific business processes,and integrates the working capital management into the whole enterprise and channels.It provides a strong guarantee for the optimization of enterprise capital cycle,reduce the cost of capital occupation,and play a synergistic effect of channel partners.In this paper,I made an exploratory study and summarized the characteristics and general problems of the working capital of phosphorus chemical industry.Moreover,I put forward a plan about Q phosphorus chemical company working capital management optimization program.It has a good reference for solving the problems existing in the management of the working capital of the phosphorus chemical enterprises and the small and medium-sized private enterprises,combined with the two cases of Q phosphorus chemical company working capital management problems and the diagnosis of cause.
