Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products Production Cognitive Level

The quality and safety of agricultural products has been the focus of people's attention.In recent years,under the high attention of the party and the state,the quality and safety of agricultural products in China has been greatly improved,but coupled with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the quality and safety of agricultural products is also increasing demand.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products in the new historical period.On the one hand,to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products is conducive to safeguarding the health of the people,on the other hand,improve the quality and safety of agricultural products is conducive to the protection of the ecological environment,to achieve sustainable economic and social development.This paper uses the empirical analysis method,the survey data in Nanchang City three key agricultural county 360 farmers discussed.Analyze the impact degree of farmers awareness of quality and safety of agricultural products production and regression analysis of factors affecting farmers' quality and safety of agricultural products by the cognitive level of two Logistic using the DEMATEL method,and strive to agricultural production from the source of the quality and safety of agricultural products on farmers recognize the factors affecting the knowledge level,so as to provide policy advice to improve farmers' quality and safety production the cognitive level of agricultural products.Through the analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Based on the DEMATEL method,it can be concluded that different categories of cognition have a significant impact on the quality and safety of agricultural products,but the mechanism,effect and path of the impact are different.Among all the three categories of cognitive factors,the impact of technical knowledge on the quality and safety of agricultural products is the most critical,especially the cognitive effect of the input category technology is more obvious.The second is the policy cognition.In addition,although the reason of cognitive concept class is negative(as a result of the factors is three,but the impact)the concept of cognitive degree and centrality are relatively high,that influence the cognitive concept of quality safety of agricultural production can not be ignored.So,to improve the vegetable growers for technical knowledge and policy cognition is the key to improvethe quality of the vegetable safety production of agricultural products,especially is the priority among priorities on technical inputs in the production process of farmers cognition.At the same time,we should also take into account the concept of farmers to improve the level of cognition.Only by strengthening the level of awareness of farmers can effectively control the quality and safety of agricultural products from the source.(2)Based on the two Logistic regression analysis of factors influencing farmers' cognitive level of quality and safety of agricultural products has reached the following conclusions: the main factors affecting farmers' quality and safety of agricultural products is the production of the cognitive level of external environment characteristics of the four factors,including agricultural technical training,technical guidance,supervision and inspection frequency and production subsidies.In addition,the age and education level of the household characteristics,the number of migrant workers in the family characteristics,as well as the production organization in the production characteristics also have a significant impact on the cognitive level of farmers.
