The party's eighteen proposed the construction of "beautiful blueprint Chinese","beautiful countryside construction is an important carrier of" beautiful China "construction,feature of the town construction requires the development of special industries country,each policy is important to answer the problems faced by current mountain village.The development of holiday tourism in mountainous villages is one of the important measures in response to the national policy,the development of mountainous areas and the market demand.The mountain village development faces many problems,mainly in the low level of economic development,the aging phenomenon is serious,hollow village infrastructure construction level,low education level of residents,rural landscape,serious destruction of the natural ecological environment protection and other aspects of the lack of mountain resort;face positioning,blind development,theme culture is not clear,tourism product development is simple,management confusion etc..This paper attempts to solve these problems through the planning method for combined with the status quo of mountainous villages and mountain resort,with its features and characteristics,according to the related theories of tourism planning and the lessons from the related cases,and puts forward the planning principle and planning strategy of the mountainous village tourism planning,and applied to CAI Shuan Jiulong village project planning.In this paper,the planning principles of mountain village holiday tourism include: the suitability of site selection,the market orientation of tourism products,the sustainability of planning and design,and the global development and operation.This paper puts forward the planning strategy of mountain village holiday tourism:First,highlight the theme of the cultural image of "mountain" strategy.The mountain cultural image of "far from the popular" hermit,"mountain of cut","Si Huai rivers line" by Hao Ran and "depth of wind" with one or several aspects can emphasize the theme of strategy;Secondly is the market oriented tourism product strategy.Including accurate judgment of the tourist market and the target population,and targeted to build targeted tourism products;The third is the sustainable planning and design strategy.Planning sustainable design includes two aspects,including the sustainable social sense of the villagers,the government and other relevant aspects of coordination of interests and the effective integration of resources,ecological sustainable development is the natural environment and construction of ecological protection and ecological restoration;The fourth is to ensure that the interests of cooperation and win-win development strategy,mainly includes three aspects: to build a development platform for cooperation,the formation of efficient business model;the construction of a complete industrial chain;effectively spread through various media.Planning strategy through the actual case of Jiulong village Shuan Cai proposed in this paper are empirical analysis.Cai Shuan village in Kowloon town is located in the southwest of Beijing,is a natural characteristic of spatial pattern and cultural connotation of the village,is a representative in the mountain village.It has important practical significance to explore the planning strategy of the development of holiday tourism.
