Research On The Driving Factor Upgrading Of Urbanization From The Perspective Of Power Transformation

Urbanization is the important strategy of the national economy development in our country,also is the comprehensive construction affluent society's significant move,after decades of development,our country's urbanization construction has made great progress,based on the reform and opening up to the present,generalizes the evolution stage of driving force of urbanization,found in the 1980 s is mainly driven by Labor and policy of urbanization,urbanization is mainly driven by production in the 90 s,since the 21 st century is mainly driven by investment,so far,the driving force of urbanization mainly the material elements such as labor,capital,belong to the driven factors of urbanization.At the same time,our country's economy has entered a new normal,is in deepening reform,accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development,adjust the economic structure of the critical period,urbanization also met with some problems,such as the speed of economic growth and urbanization rate mismatch,uneven regional development,urban and rural gap is bigger,population urbanization rate and the household registration of urbanization rate is put in bigger difference,the land urbanization growth ahead of population urbanization,but also influenced by the resources and environment,high house prices,land and the household registration system,such as constraints,driven factors of urbanization.Driving force of urbanization,therefore,it is imperative to transform and innovation drive new urbanization become the trend of The Times.In order to calculate the contribution rate of each driver,lay a foundation for further study,establish regression model,the selection of urbanization rate as the dependent variable,the labor,the production,capital,innovation and system as independent variables,through the regression equation to estimate the coefficient of each index,calculated on the basis of the contribution of each variable.Empirical study results show that labor has contributed 76.81% of urbanization in our country,capital has contributed 7.83% of urbanization,the contribution rate of production of urbanization is 17.14%.Labor,capital and production this kind of matter elements,thecontribution rate of urbanization of our country is beyond 100%,innovation has contributed 20.95% of urbanization,the system has contributed 22.72% of China's urbanization,can be thought of as a driving force of urbanization in our country is in substance elements drive to innovation-driven transformation stage,optimization of urbanization driving force should be as soon as possible.From the institutional innovation,technological innovation and the innovation of social management three aspects,the driving force of innovation and new urbanization explained the correlation function of institutional innovation is the premise,the obstacles for the urbanization construction,and scientific and technological innovation is the core,fully stimulate the potential of urbanization,the innovation of social management is the guarantee,significantly improve the quality of urbanization.On this basis,starting from the three levels of innovation,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of urbanization in the new innovation driver.The first layer is the elements of innovation,including increasing innovation investment,strengthen the intensive utilization of land,establish the elements of urban and rural docking market;The second layer is the innovation of the industry,including promoting transform and upgrade traditional industries,as emerging industry development space,the positive development of emerging industries,enhance the enterprise independent innovation ability;The third layer is the external environment for innovation,including creating a fair and just social environment,build public entrepreneurship,peoples social atmosphere,the reasonable layout of urban system of innovation,promoting regional coordinated development.
