Research On Improvement Of J Company's Production Line Exchange

In recent years,world economy has been developing rapidly and shown the globalization trend followed by the market demand diversification,which has brought much more wide and extensive competition between the companies in the manufacturing industry.The global financial crisis influence and the Bullwhip Effect in the supply chain system made manufacturing enterprises have to face the unprecedented competitive pressure.How to enhance industrial competitiveness and save costing turns into an eternal topic.Lean production theory is a mode of production and focuses on eliminating any waste to reduce the cost and keeping improving on the whole lean production process.The four basic principles of lean production theory are customer first,improve activities,field theory and people-oriented and this mode makes just in time production available in the product process by using the common tools such as Kanban management analysis,5WHY,Pareto principle,etc..This paper will give a detailed introduction to lean production theory and take company J as the study object of the basis of this theory.Firstly,the lean production implementation situation in J company will be introduced;then,the problems of the production process will be found and analyzed;at last,after the analysis on the production line shift condition of M production line the improvement method of shifting production line in time will be given,including device transformation,error proofing devices installment and improvement of operators' action and products switching modes.The production line flexibility will be improved and small batch production will bring the inventory costs of M production line so that the products can meet customers demand in time and enterprises' comprehensive competitiveness is improved with the help of the methods as above.
