With the rapid development of information technology and the national "Internet +" policy supporting,our Internet companies has made great progress in recent decades which causes a large number of professional and skillful knowledge-type talents join the Internet enterprises.Due to the relatively heavy work and pressure,more and more Internet companies take team work to finish the commission.Heterogeneity between team members will go against the team perfor mance in some extent,while taking advantage of the difference properly can improve the performance inversely.Shared leadership is a kind of internal interaction process which needs members to establish a good expectation,learn actively,cooperate with each other,share leadership and set improving team performance as the common goal.Taking shared leadership as intermediary variables,the empirical analysis is conducted to explore the team heterogeneity's influence on the team performance and its internal factors of Internet enterprise in this paper,which provides effective suggestions for Internet enterprise team management.Taking knowledge team findings of Internet enterprise from Beijing-TianjinHebei and Shanghai as sample,an academic mode which contains heterogeneity,Shared leadership and team performance is built on basis of related research hypotheses for empirical analysis.Eight indicators from team heterogeneity,shared leadership and team performance are chose n for factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis by software SPSS20.0,in addition,research hypothesis are tested.The results show that: firstly,the heterogeneity of social classification and values has a significant negative effect on team performance,while information heterogeneity has an obvious positive impact.Secondly,shared leadership has a positive effect on team performance.Thirdly,heterogeneity of information and values has significant effects on shared leadership,but soc ial classification heterogeneity has not.Fourthly,shared leadership's intermediary role is effective in some part.Analysis in detail,shared leadership plays intermediary role partly between social information heterogeneity,values heterogeneity and tea m performance,but intermediary effect of shared leadership among social classification heterogeneity and team performance has not been verified.According to the empirical analysis results,the following suggestions are put forward: firstly,when recruiting team members,take heterogeneity factors into consideration,reduce attribute differences and increase information differences moderately,investigate applicant's perceive to work and life comprehensively,accept the ones whose personal values is consistent with the company team culture;Secondly,set up the open office environment,promote work open degree of transparency and enhance the effectiveness of work interaction;Thirdly,provide appropriate learning opportunities for team members,strengthen shared leadership training,satisfy the needs of employees to work and personal growth;Fourthly,establish a good atmosphere of shared leadership,carry out internal activities properly and promote belonging sense of the members to team in material and spiritual.
