Process engineering system is complex and unrepeatable,will take a long time from the project start to the final acceptance.The sales for the process engineering system,should have good level of professional skills,management ability,communication skills,negotiating skills,psychological quality etc.The author believes that the sales of the process engineering system could hit on what the customers likes,take use of each other with the customers,and don't do what should not do.These three standards which are very hard to achieve and need more training and practice.The model of the training process of the new sales including the people recruit,training,practice,assessment,retraining,change of position if needed,determine post,promotion,and retraining.In the other hand,the training include explicit knowledge transmission,tacit knowledge transmission,and tacit knowledge externalization.
