The Study On The Mode Of Real Estate Information Resource Sharing-

With the impact of real estate in our country's national economy is growing,China's real estate registration functions continue to integrate,the state of the real estate into a new stage of management.With the pace of the government's information technology continues to move forward,the rapid development of e-government,the government functions change,the realization of real estate information resources sharing is imminent.Real estate research information resource sharing,in-depth results of previous studies on the absorption of real estate information and resource sharing and theoretical background,current situation and difficulties,to build models and implement countermeasures specific analysis and in-depth research.This article first to the real estate information resource sharing research background,significance and the domestic and foreign relevant theory of research results,this paper puts forward the train of thought,method and content of research papers and studied the necessity and feasibility of real estate information resource sharing;Then in zhuhai for example analyzes the current situation and difficulties,and finally puts forward some countermeasures to sharing model building and its implementation.Core of this paper is divided into three parts:First,the combination of Zhuhai real estate registration in depth analysis of the practical difficulties and factors influencing the real estate information sharing;second is the implementation of proposed real estate information and sharing modes:administrative sharing mode and social sharing mode.The administrative sharing mode points between the vertical inter departmental and inter departmental sharing mode.The vertical sharing mode is divided into centralized and hierarchical level two sharing mode,cross sectoral sharing mode is divided into one-way sharing and multi sharing two modes.The social sharing mode is divided into free and paid mode.Third,the real estate information sharing mode is proposed from six aspects of the specific path and Countermeasures:to improve laws and regulations,the establishment of a unified regulatory agencies,local innovation management model,put in place to ensure that financial and human resources,to strengthen the information technology capacity,improve monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.The sharing of the information resources of real estate is not only to realize the simple data exchange,but also to reflect the determination of serving the citizens and the government's ability to govern.Through the construction of shared mode,it can maximize the value of information mining,realize the sharing of resources,so as to improve the ability and level of government management and service society.
