Research On The Interaction Between Producer Service Industry And Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry

China's electronic information manufacturing industry is facing new challenges and new opportunities.In terms of new challenges,China's electronic information manufacturing industry's technical level is not high.With the rising cost of production factors and the pressure of "manufacturing reflow" strategy from developed nations,there is an urgent need for industrial transformation and upgrading.In terms of new opportunities,the world is experiencing the fourth industrial revolution.Networking,artificial intelligence,robots,big data and other technological innovation industry have emerged.The new industry model of operation continues to emerge.In the 13th Five-Year Plan,the country will pay more attention to the development of electronic information industry and financial supporting.Learning from the experience of developed countries,the productive service industry has the characteristics of knowledge-intensive and strong industrial relevance.It can promote the innovation of electronic information manufacturing industry by providing intermediate investment service.Drawing on the results of scholars' research on the interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry.This paper's specific research object is the electronic information manufacturing industry and through the value chain to study the interaction mechanism and model of the two industries.From industry relevance and interaction effects,take Shanghai as an example,the input-output method and the VAR model are used to study the short-term and long-term perspectives of the interaction between the two industries and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.The first chapter elaborated the main background,content and method of the research.Then it explains the innovation and deficiency.The second chapter summarized the domestic and foreign literature,and made a definition of the concept of the applicable service industry and the electronic information manufacturing industry.Then it also summarized the industry characteristics.The third chapter summarized the theoretical basis and external influence of industrial interaction.Then analyzed the interaction process,mechanism and mode of the two industries in all aspects of the value chain.The fourth chapter introduced the current situation of the development of Shanghai's two industries and the measures to promote interaction.The input and output method and the VAR model are used to analyze the short-term and long-term,interrelated and interactive effects of the interactive model.Then it analyzed and explained the reason based on reality.The fifth chapter summarized the full text and puts forward policy suggestions and prospects.The conclusion of this paper:First,the interactive relationship between productive service industry and electronic information manufacturing industry has a good foundation.Productive service industry can effectively reduce the cost of production and increase added value by industry interaction.Second,in the value chain,there are association and interaction between the productive services and electronic information manufacturing industry.In the upstream industry chain,the industry association is based on scientific research activities by the model of headquarters economy and co-operation.With the deepening of the interactive manufacturers are turning to the role of the service provider.In the middle of the value chain,the industry association is based on material procurement,finance leasing and distribution logistics by the model of third party production and outsourcing business.In the downstream industry chain,the industrial relevance is based on marketing promotion and brand building by the model of headquarters economy and third party production.Third,through the input-output method for short-term correlation analysis,we found that Shanghai electronic information manufacturing industry is weak in research and development,design,brand and marketing.The direct industrial relevance between production of services and industry is not obvious.But there are strong indirect industry relevance.Through the VAR model for long-term interactive effect analysis,the interaction between Shanghai production service industry and electronic information manufacturing industry stay in the primary stage so that the effect of interaction is poor.In the interaction,the latter one has a long-term positive role in the former.However,due to the low technological content of the interactive business,the contribution value is small and the effect is not obvious.The former one has a negative effect on the latter effect,indicating the existence of resource squeeze phenomenon.In the industrial transition period,the productive service industry plays a negative direction role on the electronic information manufacturing industry,which will help to reach the advanced link of the value chain.
