Research On Logistics Mode Decision Of Household Electrical Appliance Enterprises Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

With the deepening of economic globalization,the communication of the world's countries in the region is more frequent.For Chinese enterprises,the depth of integration into the world economy is both an opportunity and a challenge.On the one hand,through communication enterprises can introduce advanced management ideas of science and technology which will improve their own core competitiveness.On the other hand,lean production and controlling cost can bring price advantage and create economic benefits for the enterprise in the fierce market competition.In order to improve service and reduce the cost,enterprises pay more and more attention to logistics management and put it in an extremely important strategic position in the business process.As the rapid development of e-commerce,online sales are rapidly rising and replacing the offline sales gradually.For home appliance industry sales model is undergoing tremendous changes.Traditional online store sales slump,while the online network sales are showing strong growth momentum.Consumer spending patterns have undergone profound changes which also drive the transformation of household electrical appliance enterprises.Logistics model of remodeling is a key link.For enterprises,a right logistics management program will be extremely important.In this paper,logistics model decision-making is the main research object.And the main content are as follows:Firstly,this paper research on basic theory of logistics mode,including logistics overview,characteristics and the current situation of home appliance logistics.The classification and successful cases of the logistics mode are listed with both the advantages and disadvantages.The system construction literature research and the impact of logistics mode selection factors are analyzed.Secondly,the main content is to analyze the actual case with mathematical model.Case studies and evaluation processes are introduced at first.Next,the evaluationindex system is constructed and the weight factors of each index are obtained by AHP.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the self-run logistics,the outsourcing logistics and logistics alliance model.Finally,the most suitable logistics mode decision for the enterprise's own conditions is chosen.And combined with the actual situation analyze evaluation results.
